Employees can directly link review responses to their growth areas from their review cycle.
Before you start
Responses can be added to multiple growth areas.
Review responses can only be linked to growth areas once a manager or admin has shared the review packet.
Link a review response
Navigate to Reviews.
Within the review cycle row, select View review packet.
Under the desired response, select + Add to growth area.
The growth area panel will appear –– Select a growth area to attach or create a new growth area draft.
Select Add to growth area.
Create or edit your growth area and select Publish.
Next, view your growth area and attached review response within your Individual Development Plan.
