The Currency page of a compensation cycle setup allows admins to manage the currencies being used in the cycle.

The compensation cycle will use the assigned company currency to set, calculate, and track budgets for this cycle.

Select a currency type from the Company currency dropdown menu. Select [number] participants to view which employees in this cycle are compensated in the company’s currency.

If your compensation cycle includes eligible or ineligible participants who are compensated in a currency other than the company cycle currency, you will need to add the conversion rate.

Enter the conversion rate for any additional currencies within the textbox. Select [number] participants to view which employees in this cycle are compensated in the additional currency.

You can adjust the conversation rates anytime during the compensation cycle. Learn more about editing currency conversion rates in an active cycle.

Note: There is no limit to the number of currencies that can be added to a cycle.
