Create a Compensation Cycle Overview

Compensation cycles allow admins to set up, launch, and track the compensation review workflow directly in Lattice.

Before you start

Before admins can create a compensation cycle, admins must first:

Note: If your compensation process does not include compensation bands or if not all employees are assigned to a band, learn more in Create a Compensation Cycle without Compensation Bands.

Create a compensation cycle

  1. Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation Cycles.

  2. Select Create new cycle.

Compensation cycles require completion of the following steps:

  1. Setup

  2. Ratings

  3. Employees

  4. Currency

  5. Data Check

  6. Recommenders and approvers

  7. Budget

  8. Distribute

  9. Bonus

  10. Equity

  11. Verify
