The Distribute page of a compensation cycle setup allows admins to distribute any remaining budget to select leaders.
Distribute
Distribution is shown for the top two layers of your organization to give your leaders extra budget in addition to the guidance set on the Budget page.
To allocate additional budget to a leader, add additional funds within the Additional column. The total distribution amount cannot exceed the remaining budget.
If there are multiple currencies included in the cycle, distributions will always be handled in the company currency.
Note: Compensation admins can adjust and distribute budget during the active cycle.
