Compensation cycles allow admins to set up, launch, and track the compensation review workflow directly in Lattice. For an Overview of the process, see the following video:
Before you start
Before admins can create a compensation cycle, admins must first:
(Optional) Assign each employee to a compensation band
Note: If your compensation process does not include compensation bands or if not all employees are assigned to a band, learn more in Create a Compensation Cycle without Compensation Bands.
Create a compensation cycle
Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation Cycles.
Select Create new cycle.
