Navigate to Grow &gt; View individual development plan.

Next to Career vision, select Edit.

Within the exercise response text box, update your response and select Publish.

1. Navigate to Grow &gt; View individual development plan.
2. Next to Career vision, select Edit.
3. Click on the active exercise.
4. Within the exercise response text box, update your response and select Publish.

After publishing a career vision response, employees can edit their answers within the active exercises.
