If you are looking to view historical reviews that were uploaded for your direct reports, rather than reviews for a cycle that took place in Lattice, you can find these on your report's user profile and download the files as a PDF.

Click Reviews tab below their name at the top.

Scroll down to the Historical Reviews section.

Click the Download icon to the right of the historical review name.

1. Click My Team on the left.
2. Click your direct report's name.
3. Click Reviews tab below their name at the top.
4. Scroll down to the Historical Reviews section.
5. Click the Download icon to the right of the historical review name.
