If you are looking to view historical reviews that were uploaded for your direct reports, rather than reviews for a cycle that took place in Lattice, you can find these on your report's user profile and download the files as a PDF.

Select the name of the user whose review you want to view

Choose the Reviews tab below their name

Scroll down to the Historical Reviews section

Use the Download button to the right of the historical review name

1. Navigate to My Team
2. Select the name of the user whose review you want to view
3. Choose the Reviews tab below their name
4. Scroll down to the Historical Reviews section
5. Use the Download button to the right of the historical review name
