Yes, new managers can see past reviews for their direct reports. The new manager can view past reviews for their direct reports by navigating to My team &gt; Direct Report's profile &gt; Reviews.

Note: Admins need to assign the new manager to their direct reports in Lattice first. For more information, read <a href="https://help.lattice.com/en-us/articles/15179532-change-an-employee-s-manager">How to Change an Employee's Manager.</a>
