Admins, managers and employees are able to download their Compensation Cycle Shareouts as a PDF. Any bulk exported PDFs will be downloaded into a zip file.
Admins
Download Statements In Bulk:
Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation Cycles.
Next to the relevant compensation cycle, select View progress.
Under Sharing, select Share Statements > Shareout progress.
Select Download > Download PDF.
Download a Single Statement:
Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation Cycles.
Next to the relevant compensation cycle, select View progress.
Under Sharing, select Share Statements > Shareout progress.
Next to the employee, select the ellipsis (...) > Preview recipient's statement.
Select Download PDF.
Managers
Download Your Team's Statements In Bulk:
Navigate to Compensation > Cycles > choose the cycle.
Under Share team results, select Download PDFs.
Download a Single Statement:
Navigate to Compensation > Cycles > choose the cycle.
Under Share team results, select View next to the employee.
On the statement page, select Download PDF.
Employees
Navigate to Compensation > Cycles > choose the cycle.
Under My results, select Download PDF.
