Admins can enable statement acknowledgement to require employees to acknowledge their compensation statements with an e-signature.

Before you start

  • Admins can configure the setting when the compensation cycle is in the Review and Share state, before statements are shared.

  • Once the compensation statements are shared, you cannot remove or add the setting.

  • Employees can still view their shared statement without first signing it.

Require statement acknowledgement

After the cycle has been moved to the Review and Share phase by closing the submissions, admins can configure the share statements setting to enable the e-signature requirement.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation Cycle.

  2. Click on Sharing > Share statements > Set up sharing.

  3. Scroll down and toggle on Require statement acknowledgement.

Once statements have been shared, admins can track the progress of signatures via the Shareout progress page or export it as a CSV.

Sign your statement

When statement acknowledgement is enabled employees will see a prompt to sign their statement once it has been shared with them.

  1. Navigate to Compensation > Cycles > Find the Compensation cycle > Click View (or View results).

  2. On the statement page click on the Sign button in the yellow Signature required banner.

  3. Sign by typing in your name in the text box modal > Sign statement.

  4. The banner will now confirm it has been signed and include the signature time and date.
