Unable to share Compensation Cycle Results Shareout

Reasons users may not be able to access or share compensation cycle results

Problem

  • I am unable to share the Compensation Cycle results with my reports

  • Managers cannot access the shareouts for their team

Resolution

  1. Compensation Cycle Results can only be shared while the cycle is in the Review and Share state. If the cycle is already fully ended and managers still need to share statements, an admin can move it back to Review and Share.

  2. If the Compensation Cycle is already in the Review and Share state, admins can check in the Sharing > Templates page in the cycle to ensure that the employees are listed as recipients.

  3. If the Compensation Cycle has not yet been placed in Review and Share, the shareout statements will be shareable once the cycle reaches this state.
