If enabled by an admin, users can view upcoming birthdays, work anniversaries, and new hires in Lattice. Visibility is limited to community interactions within Lattice. Celebrations are not displayed when viewing report analytics, during calibration, etc.
Note: If notifications are toggled on, birthday and work anniversary notifications will go out regardless of the selections made when configuring Celebrate.
Navigate to your company name > Company Overview.
Scroll down to the Celebrations and New hires sections, view upcoming employee events.
Click the arrows above the section to view the next celebrations.
