Admins can export all Performance Improvement Plans as a CSV from the Performance Improvement Dashboard or export an individual Performance Improvement Plan as a PDF.
Download all Performance Improvement Plans as a CSV
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Improvement Plans.
On the Dashboard, select Download CSV.
Download an Individual's Performance Improvement Plan as a PDF
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Improvement Plans.
Search for and select the individual's name.
Select the ellipsis (...) > Download PDF.
The PDF export will include:
The plan details (the questions and the responses in the template).
The acknowledgement date.
Improvement plan updates.
Note: All updates visible to the admin will be included, including updates marked hidden from the employee. Check the PDF before sharing it outside the admin audience.
