Once a Performance Improvement Plan has been reviewed and approved by an admin, managers can share and finalize the plan with the employee.

Navigate to Performance &gt; Improvement Plan.

1. Navigate to Performance &gt; Improvement Plan.
2. Select the Improvement Plan.
3. Select Share Plan.

Employees will then be notified that an Improvement Plan has been shared with them. Learn about <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/33608132676759" target="_blank">notifications sent from the Performance Improvement tool</a>.
