Admins can view downward review rating question trends over a specified timeframe for all cycles within the Analytics Explorer.
Before you start
To view trends questions must be rating questions asked in a downward review.
Editing a previously used rating question will have no impact on trends.
View rating questions over time
Navigate to Admin > Analytics > Charts.
Under the Choose a datapoint filter, select Review rating questions.
Select a downward rating question.
Select Done.
