The automated rule results page allows admins to view review rating results across all review cycles within an automated rule.

To access the automated rule results navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews > Automated > Enter the rule > Results.

Choosing your questions

First, choose questions that you would like to view results of by clicking Add. From the list of questions you click select the questions and rating directions you want to visualize. Once you have selected all questions and directions click Done.

Filters and Grouping

Use the Breakdown dropdown to assign a grouping to view results for employees that have been assigned any value for that default or custom field.

Use the Add Filters dropdown to view results for employees assigned to a specific default or custom field value.

Distribution View

The distribution graph is a histogram that shows how often a different value in your data set appears, allowing you to see a bell curve of your questions.

Average Score View

The average score graph shows the average score each employee received across all reviews. You can select the Compare across dropdown to view the average scores employees assigned to default and custom fields.

If adding multiple ratings qustions from the same review direction, admins can view the average rating of those questions by toggling on Average rating.

Datapoint bar graph

The bar graph provides a visual for the dataset you selected. You can change the view by adjusting the following:

  • Timeframe: View data for the last 3, 6, 12, or custom months.

  • Bar, Segmented bar, or Line: View your dataset using different graph types

Employee table

The employee table gives more detail on how each employee was rated for each question and direction added.

Heatmap view

The Heatmap view compares different groups against each other across multiple questions or themes. It provides the most data in a single visualization. You can apply filters to cut your data further to compare specific employee groupings.

If adding multiple ratings qustions from the same review direction, admins can view the average rating of those questions by toggling on Average rating.
