Admins can send a password reset link to employees having trouble logging into Lattice. The employee should receive an email within 5 minutes. The link will expire after 2 hours.

Navigate to Admin &gt; Organization &gt; Directory.

Within the employee's row, click the ellipsis (... ) &gt; Send password reset.
