Updating goals through the Needs update view allows you to access all of your goals that need updating in one place. Employees will be able to update goals based on your company's goal update reminder cadence. If you do not have a cadence set or have opted out of notifications, Lattice will default to updating multiple goals every 2 weeks.
Navigate to the Needs Update view
Goal owners can access the Needs update view by going to the task on their Lattice Home page (dependent on update cadence timing), the Goals Explore page, and Slack/Teams and email notifications.
To navigate via the Goals Explore page directly within Lattice:
Navigate to Goals > Explore.
Select View > Needs update.
