Reactivate an Inactive 1:1 Relationship

  1. Navigate to 1:1s.

  2. Under the Inactive section, find the 1:1 relationship and select View.

  3. Within the yellow banner, select Configure the next 1:1.

    • If the relationship is integrated with a calendar, reintegrate the calendar (Google or Outlook).

    • If the relationship is not integrated with a calendar, toggle 1:1s ON.

  4. Select Save.
