Troubleshooting why a 1:1 meeting may be going out at the wrong time

Lattice allows 1:1 participants to select a different time zone for each 1:1 meeting. If you are receiving 1:1 reminders at the wrong time, the first step is to ensure the time zone is correct within:

1:1 notifications use your personal time zone in Lattice. If you do not have a time zone, 1:1s will automatically display the UTC time zone.

Before you start

  • Time zone is applied to each 1:1. You will need to confirm that the time zone is correct for each 1:1.

  • If your 1:1 is connected to a calendar, you will be unable to adjust your time zone within the 1:1 Settings page. Instead, ensure your profile settings and device are set to the correct time zone.

  • Post-meeting notifications will only be sent if new action items or notes were added to the agenda during the time frame of the current meeting and not during a prior meeting.

Troubleshoot time zone from the 1:1 Settings page

  1. Navigate to 1:1s > Select the 1:1 you would like to troubleshoot.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Under the Time zone dropdown, select the correct time zone for the 1:1.

Troubleshoot time zone from your Profile Settings page

You will also want to ensure that you have selected a time zone on your profile page so that all notifications and reminders come through at the correct time.

  1. Navigate to your name > Your profile.

  2. Navigate to the Profile tab

  3. In the Personal section, edit your timezone field and save changes.
