Admins can edit the company's fiscal year if it does not begin on January 1st. Setting a fiscal year start month impacts only the Goals tool. Learn more in How is Fiscal Year Displayed in Goals? and Set Automatic Goal Cycles.
Note: Making changes to your company's fiscal year will also change default end dates on goals to match the end of the current fiscal quarter.
Navigate to Admin > Settings > Company > Settings.
Within the Fiscal year start month dropdown, select the month that begins your company's fiscal year.
Click Save.
