What are the differences between objectives and key results?
Objectives: Where do I want to go?
Objectives set the direction for the entire company, department, team, or individual and are usually qualitative and aspirational.
Key Results: How will I get there?
Key results measure what matters in order to accomplish the objective and are usually metrics-driven and tangible.
Enable OKR Differentiation
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Settings.
Next to Objective & Key result Differentiation, select Enable.
In the pop-up window that appears, select Yes, enable.
