When using the rich text editor in Lattice, you will have access to the following formatting options:
Bold
Italic
Strikethrough
Bullet point list (not available in 1:1 Agenda Items)
Numbered list (not available in 1:1 Agenda Items)
Hyperlink
In order to use the hyperlink option, you will need to highlight existing text in the text box and then copy your hyperlink into the pop-up.
