Admins can create custom survey themes to group survey questions. Themes help organize related questions in a survey.

Navigate to Admin &gt; Engagement &gt; Question bank &gt; Themes.

1. Navigate to Admin &gt; Engagement &gt; Question bank &gt; Themes.
2. Click Create theme.
3. Name your theme.
4. Click Create theme.

Assign questions to a theme by <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500000907361" target="_blank">creating</a> a new question or <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/8083844709399" target="_blank">editing</a> current custom questions.
