Admins can create custom survey themes to group survey questions. Themes help organize related questions in a survey.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Question bank > Themes.

  2. Click Create theme.

  3. Name your theme.

  4. Click Create theme.

Assign questions to a theme by creating a new question or editing current custom questions.
