If you are running an Engagement, Pulse, Onboarding, or Exit survey in Lattice, you can create your own survey questions that are more specific to your own company.
Before you start
Only super admins can create survey questions.
If using the agree/disagree scale to measure employee responses properly, your questions should be phrased as a positive statement.
Multiple choice and multiple select questions are available for Engagement, Onboarding and Exit surveys.
Once a survey question is created, it will be added to the Question Bank.
If you create your own version of a Lattice default question, you will not be able to compare the new duplicate question in benchmarking.
Create custom survey questions
Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Question Bank.
Select Create question.
Within the Theme dropdown, search and select a theme your question will belong to.
Type in your question.
Under Response type, select the type of question you wish to create:
Agree/disagree scale
Comment
Agree/disagree scale and comment
Multiple choice
Multiple select
(Optional) If you have selected a multiple choice or multiple select response type, add up to 10 question options within the Option text fields. For the multiple-select response type, there must be a minimum of two options.
Select Create question.
