Once a survey question has been created, an account admin can edit the question from the question bank.
Before you start
Lattice default questions cannot be edited.
Questions that are included in Pulse surveys will change during the next pulse.
If you duplicate a question, you will no longer be able to compare the original question to the duplicate question across surveys.
You can add or remove choices/selections, but you cannot change the Response Type, such as switching from Multiple Choice to Multi-Select.
Edit survey questions
Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Question Bank > Questions.
Next to the desired question, select the ellipsis (...) menu > Edit question.
Edit the question.
For agree/disagree questions, the following is editable:
