Integrating with an HRIS allows Lattice to automatically link Lattice default fields to your HRIS fields. Lattice also allows you to manually override the Lattice default field link to a different custom field within your HRIS.
Navigate to Admin > Settings > People > Fields.
Select Link to HRIS next to the desired Default field.
Select Edit to open the HRIS field modal.
Under Field name, choose the HRIS custom field to import and link to the Lattice default user field.
Select Save changes.
Note: Some default fields are linked to your HRIS automatically and cannot be overridden such as name, title or manager.
