During a Review Cycle, users can receive notifications through different channels depending on what has been configured by an admin. Learn more in the Company Notifications settings.
Note: Created users will not receive notifications until their account is invited. Invited and Active employees will receive notifications.
Admins can send a variety of notifications during the performance review process. Each notification corresponds to a specific call to action and task employees will see on their home pages. The notifications contain links to the page where action is required in Lattice.
Email notifications are sent for both manual and automatic review cycles for these phases of the review cycle:

Peer selection
