The People Analytics Summary provides a high-level overview of the overall health of your company's people program. It highlights key metrics and trends over time of the adoption of different Lattice products.
To access the Analytics Summary, navigate to Admin > Analytics > Summary.
Note: The Analytics Summary is visible only to admins. Managers have access to the Analytics Explorer.
User data points
Current headcount
Current headcount is the number of people from the company who have an active Lattice account. Headcount is broken into New hires and Departures for the last 90 days.
If applicable, onboarding and exit survey scores can be seen for these employees.
Current headcount is always visible on the People Analytics Summary.
Pulse score
The current Pulse score for the organization is shown. A trend graph shows the changes in score over time with the option to view a breakdown by survey theme.

Sentiment (from Updates)
The sentiment score is captured when users complete their Update. The Sentiment data point shows the average employee sentiment score for the organization.
Sentiment includes a trend graph that shows how the average score has changed over time with the option to view a breakdown by manager.
Sentiment is always visible on the People Analytics Summary.

Product adoption
Note: The Analytics Explorer will show data for users who were active in the timeframe selected even if they are currently deactivated.
Feedback
The Feedback section includes:
Percent (%) of users who have given feedback in the last month
Percent (%) of users who have received feedback in the last month

Updates
The Updates section includes:
Percent (%) of users submitting updates in the last month
Percent (%) of users with reviewed updates in the last month

1:1s with manager
The 1:1s section includes:
Percent (%) of users with 1:1s set up with their manager in the last month
Percent (%) of users who have participated in 1:1s with their manager in the last month

The Goals section includes:
Percent (%) of employees that have goals
