If the 1:1 is not integrated with a calendar:
Navigate to 1:1s
Find the 1:1 meeting you'd like to restore by clicking on the participant.
Next to the text "Cancelled" > click ellipsis (...) > Reactivate meeting
If the 1:1 is integrated with a calendar, it is not possible to restore the event through Lattice.
