Does the new manager have visibility to their new direct report's 1:1 with their previous manager?
Answer
When an employee changes managers in Lattice, the 1:1 relationship with the former manager will continue to stay Active in the 1:1s tab. Participants can end a 1:1 relationship by following the steps in Disable a 1:1 Relationship.
The new manager will not have visibility into past 1:1s meetings of their new direct report.
