Question

Who can create what types of goals in Lattice?

Answer

In Lattice, there are four goal types: company, group, department, and individual.

  • Company goals can be created by admins or individuals with a Company-wide permission custom role.

  • Department goals can be created by department heads as well as admins.

  • Group goals can be created by all users regardless of their group affiliation. Note: an admin must create at least one group for the ability to create group goals to be available.

  • Individual goals can be created by any employee in Lattice.
