If an admin has enabled Promotions, managers can submit promotion nominations for their direct reports. Managers will be able to submit nominations until an admin closes the promotion nominations.
Navigate to Performance > Performance Reviews.
Select the action button next to the review cycle to enter the review.
Select Manage promotions > Your team's nominations.
Next to the direct report, select Nominate and complete the promotions questions.
Once completed, select Submit nomination.
