Super admins and managers are able to download the PDF review packets for an individual across multiple review cycles, and admins will be able to download all review packets within a single cycle. The review packets will be downloaded into a zip file.
Download an Individual's PDF Packet
As a Manager:
Navigate to My Team > Select the employee.
On their profile, select the Reviews tab.
Select Download PDF.
Choose the desired grouping of the review packet responses:
Group by reviewer and question: Show a reviewer and a question section
Group by reviewer: Show a reviewer section with their responses to each question
Group by question: Show a question section with responses from each reviewer
Choose the desired review packet version:
[Reviewee's] version: This version contains only the responses that are visble to the reviewee once the packet is shared.
Manager version: This version contains the responses visible to the reviewee's manager, which may include responses the reviewee does not have visibility to.
Select the format of the review packet:
Standard
Optimized: Reduced page count with a more compact layout.
Select Download all packets.
As an Admin:
In your non-Admin view. Navigate to your company name > Employee Directory.
Search for and select the employee.
On their profile, select the Reviews tab.
Select Download PDF.
Choose the desired grouping of the review packet responses:
Group by reviewer and question: Show a reviewer and a question section
Group by reviewer: Show a reviewer section with their responses to each question
Group by question: Show a question section with responses from each reviewer
Choose the desired review packet version:
[Reviewee's] version: This version contains only the responses that are visble to the reviewee once the packet is shared.
Manager version: This version contains the responses visible to the reviewee's manager, which may include responses the reviewee does not have visibility to.
Select the format of the review packet:

Download all PDF Review Packets for a Review Cycle
As a Manager (downloads all PDF packets for the team):
Navigate to Performance > Performance Reviews.
Next to the cycle you would like to access, select Finalize Packets.
Under Review Packets > Share Packets, select Download PDFs.
Choose the desired grouping of the review packet responses:
Group by reviewer and question: Show a reviewer and a question section
Group by reviewer: Show a reviewer section with their responses to each question
Group by question: Show a question section with responses from each reviewer
Choose the desired review packet version:

Select Download all packets.
As an Admin:
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews.
Select the review cycle.
Select Share > Download > Download PDF.
