View the Lattice AI Agent Dashboard

Admins can track usage and monitor the responses of the Lattice AI Agent using the Dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > Features > Lattice AI Agent > Manage.

  2. Select the Dashboard tab.

  3. Search for keywords or filter the responses.

From here, admins can view:

  • Question asked

  • AI Agent Response

  • Sources used

  • Who submitted the question

  • Date submitted

  • Employee feedback

  • Whether the response was corrected.

Note: If a question asked used a Lattice tool (eg. Reviews, 1:1s, Engagement etc), then the question will not be visible in the admins' Agent Dashboard.
