Admins can correct the Lattice AI Agent's responses to questions from the Lattice AI Agent Dashboard.
Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > AI Agent > Dashboard.
Navigate to the response > select the ellipsis (...) > Make a correction.
Enter the corrected response text.
(Optional) Check the Send corrected response back to [employee] so the requestor is emailed the updated response.
Select Make Correction.
