Configure Lattice AI Agent Access
Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > Features > Lattice AI Agent > Manage.
Select the Configuration tab > Access section.
Disable or enable the Lattice AI Agent access for employees.
Everyone: Enable the AI Agent for all employees
Specific employees: Filter using department, location or custom fields to select or exclude certain employees.
Disable for all employees: No employees will have access to the AI agent.
Disable or enable the Agent Dashboard.
Enable Agent Dashboard: Admins with access can view queries where the agent used the knowledge vault documents
Disable Agent Dashboard: Admins cannot view queries made by employees.
Add a Custom Disclaimer
Admins can enable a custom disclaimer that shows at the start of the conversation.
Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > Features > Lattice AI Agent > Manage.
Select the Configuration tab > Customization section.
Toggle on Show a custom disclaimer.
Enter your custom disclaimer language.
Select Save changes.
Add a Default Response
Add a default response for the Lattice AI Agent to reply when it is unable to answer a question.
Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > Features > Lattice AI Agent > Manage.
Select the Configuration tab > Customization section.
Enter the default response text.
Select Save changes.
Add Sources
The Lattice AI Agent will pull responses based on the documents uploaded.
Admins can upload documents:
Manually:
Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > Features > Lattice AI Agent > Manage.
Select the Knowledge Vault tab > Company Resources section.
Select Add Sources > Manually Upload.
Via an integration (Google Drive or SharePoint or Dropbox)
Optional - Configure Custom Role Permissions
Lattice AI Agent custom role owners will have full permissions for Lattice AI Agent tools and settings.
Navigate to Admin > People > Permissions.
Select Create Role.
Add:
Role Name
Role Description
Role Members
Under Company-wide Permissions > Lattice AI > Check Lattice AI Agent.
Select Save Changes.
