Before you start
Admins will need to configure the custom relationship permissions. In the configuration settings, you will have the option to give this custom relationship visibility into the employee's private goals they have been set to oversee.

View private Goals
View public Goals
They will have visibility into Goals associated with the employee by going into the user's profile. The profile can be found under My team.
As a reminder, this gives only visibility. The user will not be able to take action (such as delete, edit, or update) a goal.
