Admins can enable or disable <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500001451941" target="_blank">calibration</a> after a Performance review has been published. Learn more about the edits post-launch in <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/360062239333-Editing-the-Settings-of-an-Active-Review-Cycle" target="_blank">Editing the Settings of an Active Review Cycle.</a> This does not apply to Talent Reviews.

Note: Disabling calibration in an active review cycle will clear any questions you have selected during the calibration process.

Navigate to Admin &gt; Performance &gt; Reviews.

Select and enter the desired review cycle.

Navigate to Configuration &gt; Scores.

Toggle on Calibration to enable calibration. Toggle off Calibration to disable calibration.

1. Navigate to Admin &gt; Performance &gt; Reviews.
2. Select and enter the desired review cycle.
3. Select Edit review cycle.
4. Navigate to Configuration &gt; Scores.
5. Toggle on Calibration to enable calibration. Toggle off Calibration to disable calibration.
6. Select Save.
