Edit the Settings of an Active Org Chart Review Cycle

Admins can edit most settings of a review cycle that has been published and launched.

Before you start

  • This only applies to the editable fields in org chart reviews. To learn how to edit settings in an automated rule, view Editing the Settings for Automated Rules.

  • You cannot add or remove review directions once the cycle is in pre-launch or after it has been launched.

Navigate to review cycle settings

  1. Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews.

  2. Select the desired active review cycle.

  3. Select Edit review cycle.

Editable fields

Setup

  1. Name

  2. Manager role: If managers are set to complete a review, you can choose one of the following options:

    • Manager only completes a review template

    • Manager completes a review template and then writes a summary

Configuration

  1. All templates

  2. Downward reviews

    • Edit custom review templates and questions within the active review

    • Swap templates within the active review

    • Manager sequence: Update when managers can submit reviews about their direct reports for the review cycle

    • Review visibility: Update when managers can see submitted reviews about their direct reports

    • Ending the review cycle: Update who should end the review cycle to allow managers to share review packets

    • Deliverables: Update how the downward review will be shared in the reviewee's review packet

    • Edit custom review templates and questions within the active review

    • Swap templates within the active review

    • Update the limit number of peer nominations reviewees can request

    • Update whether reviewers can decline peer nominations

    • Update whether to share the reviewee's self review with their reviewers

    • Deliverables: Update how the peer review will be shared in the reviewee's review packet

Scores

  1. Calibration: Toggle calibration on or off

  2. Weighted score: Toggle weighted scores on or off
