Drawing actionable insight from engagement surveys by rating question review results.
Review cycle rating questions from ended review cycles can be used to analyze Engagement and Pulse survey results using performance metrics. You can group themes and questions by rating within the heatmap view.
Navigate to Admin > Engagement.
Select the survey > Results > Heatmap.
Select the Group by dropdown menu.
Under Performance, select Review Cycles.
Select the desired review cycle > Rating Questions.
