Employees and Managers can unlink review responses that have been <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/7472675134871" target="_blank">added to their growth areas</a> using the steps below:

Navigate to Grow &gt; Development plans.

Under Growth Areas, select the desired growth area.

Within the title card, select the ellipsis (...) &gt; Edit.

Under Reviews, navigate to the desired review response and select Remove from growth area.

Confirm by selecting Remove review.
