Lattice AI creates recommended Growth Areas for employees based on the Feedback they've received, their most recent performance review and their assigned Growth Track.
Note: To access AI Recommended Growth Areas, an admin must enable Lattice AI. Learn more in Manage Lattice AI Access.
Create a Growth Area
Navigate to Grow.
Scroll down to Growth Areas > AI Recommended.
Select a recommended area to view the description and suggested Actions.
If you wish to create a Growth Area from the recommendation, select Add draft.
The title, description, Growth Period and Actions will be auto-populated but these are editable.
A draft will be automatically saved or you can select Publish.
Regenerate Recommended Growth Areas
Navigate to Grow.
Scroll down to Growth Areas > AI Recommended.
Select Regenerate growth areas.
