Admins have the ability to configure review packet sharing for reviewees in an Org Chart review cycle to either enable or disable packet sharing. This functionality is not currently supported within a project based review or automated rule review and packet sharing will be always enabled in those review cycle types.
Configure Review Packet Sharing During Cycle Setup
Navigate to Admins > Performance > Reviews.
Select Create cycle or select a drafted review cycle.
Under Timeline and sharing, select Review packet sharing.
Under Should packets be shared with reviewees? choose from:
Allow packet sharing: Managers can share review packets once the cycle has ended and reaching the sharing phase. Configure acknowledgment and who can end the cycle.
Disable packet sharing: No packets will be shared with reviewees. Other packet sharing settings are disabled and reset to defaults
Select Save & continue.
Edit Review Packet Sharing Setting Prior to Cycle Launch
Admins can edit the review packet settings prior to the review cycle being launched. Once the cycle has been launched, the setting selected is locked and uneditable.
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews.
Select and enter the desired review cycle.
Select Edit review cycle.
Navigate to Timeline and sharing > Review packet sharing.
Under Should packets be shared with reviewees? choose from:
Allow packet sharing: Managers can share review packets once the cycle has ended and reaching the sharing phase. Configure acknowledgment and who can end the cycle.
Disable packet sharing: No packets will be shared with reviewees. Other packet sharing settings are disabled and reset to defaults
Select Finish
