How to delete submitted feedback within Lattice

Feedback can only be deleted by a Lattice admin. If you are an employee and would like to delete submitted feedback, please reach out to your HR team.

The Feedback tool must be <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500002275241" target="_blank">enabled</a> before an admin can delete feedback.

If integrated with Slack, deleting feedback from Lattice will not delete the feedback from Slack. To delete feedback from Slack follow the steps in <a href="https://slack.com/help/articles/202395258-Edit-or-delete-messages" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Edit or delete messages.</a>

Navigate to Admin &gt; Feedback &gt; Feedback log.

Search for the feedback and select the ellipsis (...) associated with the submission.

1. Navigate to Admin &gt; Feedback &gt; Feedback log.
2. Search for the feedback and select the ellipsis (...) associated with the submission.
3. Select Delete from the dropdown.
4. Confirm by selecting Delete.
