Confirm the review cycle has ended. Only ratings from ended review cycles can be pulled into a compensation cycle.

Review packets do not need to be shared, nor does calibration need to be complete to pull in ended review cycle ratings.

Note: If a cycle is ended but in calibration, a snapshot might capture ratings before the ratings are fully calibrated. Lattice recommends waiting until the calibration phase has ended before completing the Data check of the comp cycle.
