Hide Columns
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews > Select the review cycle.
Within calibration, either within All Employees or a Calibration Group,select the Column picker button.
Deselect the columns you want to hide, including:
Pre-calibrated score
Calibrated ratings
Delta
Calibration fields
Move Columns
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews > Select the review cycle.
Within calibration, either within All Employees or a Calibration Group, drag and drop the columns in your preferred order.
Resize Columns
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews > Select the review cycle.
Within calibration, either within All Employees or a Calibration Group, hover over the column edge and use the arrows to resize that column.
