Admins can configure employee field and top-down product visibility for their direct and indirect reports.
Navigate to Admin > Settings > People > Permissions.
Click on the All manager of managers role > Edit role.
Use the Product Permissions page to set the following permissions:
Manage Q&A boards
Private updates of indirect reports
Use the User field access page to set field visibility:
Give managers of managers permissions to view and/or edit their indirect reports' fields.
In the Summary page, select 'view all' Role members to view employees impacted by the visibility set.
