What is considered as a 'participated 1:1'?

A
Written by Adam Kroboth

Problem

  • What does no participation in a 1:1 mean?

  • What does it mean when a 1:1 has been participated in?

Resolution

In order for a 1:1 to be counted as Participated in, either party will have to do one of the following:

  • Have one created talking point (non-recurring)

  • Have one shared note

  • Have one talking point checked off

  • Have one comment on any talking point

  • Have an action Item created in the meeting

  • Have an action Item completed in the meeting

If the Lattice AI Agent is added to the 1:1 meeting, any agent-added agenda items and action items will count towards the meeting being marked as Participated in.

  • Note: A meeting won't count as Participated in if participants don't add any content themselves and the Lattice AI Agent only generates a summary or coaching insights, without creating any agenda items or action items.
