What does no participation in a 1:1 mean?
What does it mean when a 1:1 has been participated in?
Resolution
In order for a 1:1 to be counted as Participated in, either party will have to do one of the following:
Have one created talking point (non-recurring)
Have one shared note
Have one talking point checked off
Have one comment on any talking point
Have an action Item created in the meeting
Have an action Item completed in the meeting
If the Lattice AI Agent is added to the 1:1 meeting, any agent-added agenda items and action items will count towards the meeting being marked as Participated in.
Note: A meeting won't count as Participated in if participants don't add any content themselves and the Lattice AI Agent only generates a summary or coaching insights, without creating any agenda items or action items.
