In order for a Goal to be counted as updated, a progress update must be documented in Lattice by the Goal Owner, a Manager, Department Head, or an Admin.

If a Goal is marked as not updated, no progress update has been documented by any of these individuals.

When reporting on updated Goals using Charts, the selected date range identifies Goals based on their creation date—not the date the Goal was updated.

In the table view, Goal Updates are associated with all Goal Owners and the person who submitted the update if they are not an owner.
